SkyWorld Development Group’s SkyAwani 2 Residences’ Tower A which was launched last Saturday had received overwhelming response.
The 414 apartment units in Tower A were fully sold within three hours, the developer said in a statement today.

EPF, Eco World in JV to develop township, business park in Selangor
The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has entered into a second partnership with Eco World Development Group Bhd (EW Bhd), this time to jointly develop 2,198.4 acres in Ijok, Kuala Selangor, comprising the recently-launched 1,400-acre Eco Grandeur integrated township and Eco Business Park V.
In a statement, Eco World said the retirement savings fund would subscribe to 40% in the enlarged paid-up capital of EW Bhd’s unit Paragon Pinnacle Sdn Bhd, the developer of the leasehold land.
Titijaya partners CREC for RM2.1bil project
A subsidiary of property developer Titijaya Land Bhd, Titijaya Resources Sdn Bhd, has signed an agreement with CREC Development (M) Sdn Bhd for a mixed development project at Embassy Row in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
The proposed development on 6.06 acres is expected to have a gross development value of RM2.1bil.
