  1. The initial launch was very well received. It sold 80% within 5 days of preview.

    E&O will be launching the next block soon. Heard from RM 1,200psf.

  2. According to a E&O high ranked marketing manager, tower A is 75% sold and the next tower is 55% sold after some roadshow they did in late 2009 in Singapore. The developer has lined up more roadshows in diff cities around the Asia region to promote the St. Mary project and its Quayside Resort Condo at STP in Penang.
