    1. Selayang Springs Condominium is a multi-phase-development which we are only showing the phase 1 and the rest of the phases are not define yet.
    2. The built-up 930sf~1,320sf is only for phase 1.
    3. That means the total units of the whole development is changing too. What can we confirm is the phase 1 contained 284units.
